What is Agile PM Foundation?
Agile Project Management (Agile PM), from the Agile Business Consortium and APMG, is a more detailed agile approach that can be applied to project management, rather than product development. It comprises of a project lifecycle of several iterations or incremental steps, is designed to release benefits early and throughout the process, whilst applying values and behaviours of trust, flexibility, empowerment and collaboration. It starts with Foundation and then goes on to the more advanced Practitioner level.
Format of the exam
Agile Project Management Foundation is a multiple-choice exam with 50 questions. You have 40 minutes to answer the questions and the pass score is 50% (25/50). There are no prerequisites and you can prepare using eLearning courses (such as ours), classroom courses or self-study. You need to be familiar with the framework, principles, practices and terminology for success in the exam.
